    Mr. Goldberg co-founded Lindsay Goldberg in 2001. Previously, he served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Morgan Stanley Private Equity from February 1998 to January 2001. Mr. Goldberg spent a total of 22 years at Morgan Stanley, including the past 17 years at Morgan Stanley Private Equity, where he played an integral role in founding the business in 1984 and building it into a global private equity firm. Mr. Goldberg also played a principal role in the formation and management of Morgan Stanley’s first leveraged equity fund, Morgan Stanley Leveraged Equity Fund, L.P., as well as its successors, Morgan Stanley Leveraged Equity Fund II, L.P., Morgan Stanley Capital Partners III, L.P., and Morgan Stanley Capital Partners IV, L.P. Mr. Goldberg joined Morgan Stanley in 1978 where, alongside Mr. Lindsay, he created the Transaction Development Group, the first business development group devoted strictly to the mergers and acquisitions business at Morgan Stanley.

    Mr. Goldberg received his B.A. in Philosophy and Economics from New York University. He earned his M.B.A. from the New York University Graduate School of Business and his J.D. from Yeshiva University. Mr. Goldberg is a Director of Axeon Specialty Products LLC, Crane & Co., Inc., Federal Way Asset Management LP, Odfjell Terminals BV and The Brock Group, Inc. He also serves as a Trustee of Yeshiva University.

    Mr. Lindsay co-founded Lindsay Goldberg in 2001.  In 1991, he joined Bessemer Holdings and, over the past decade, played a central role in building the firm’s global private equity business, most recently serving as its Managing General Partner.  Prior to joining Bessemer Holdings, Mr. Lindsay was a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley Private Equity, where he played an integral role in founding the business in 1984 and building it into a global private equity firm. Mr. Lindsay also played a principal role in the formation and management of Morgan Stanley’s first leveraged equity fund, Morgan Stanley Leveraged Equity Fund, L.P., and its successor, Morgan Stanley Leveraged Equity Fund II, L.P.  Mr. Lindsay joined Morgan Stanley in 1978 where, alongside Mr. Goldberg, he created the Transaction Development Group, the first business development group devoted strictly to the mergers and acquisitions business at Morgan Stanley.  

    Mr. Lindsay received his B.A. in English and American Literature and Language from Harvard College and earned his M.B.A. from Stanford University, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar. He is President and CEO of Bessemer Securities LLC as well as a Director of The Bessemer Group, Incorporated and its subsidiary banks, including Bessemer Trust Company, N.A. Mr. Lindsay serves as a Director of Bell Nursery Holdings, LLC, Bluegrass Materials Company, LLC, Crane & Co., Inc., Dealer Tire, LLC, Odfjell Terminals BV and Vitruvian LLC. He also serves as a Trustee of the Cold Spring Harbor Biological Laboratory.

    Mr. Kelley joined Lindsay Goldberg in 2017. He previously worked at Keurig Green Mountain, most recently as Chief Executive Officer. Prior to that, Mr. Kelley served as President of the Coca-Cola Company’s North American operations. Mr. Kelley’s prior experience includes his appointment as President and Chief Executive of SIRVA, Inc.; President of Ford Motor Company’s Lincoln/Mercury division; and a number of executive roles over his six years in the Major Appliance business of The General Electric Company where he was a Corporate Officer.  Mr. Kelley spent the first ten years of his career at Procter & Gamble in Sales and Brand Management. He currently serves on the Board of Keurig Green Mountain and AMAG Pharmaceuticals and is on the Board of Trustees of College of the Holy Cross and Save the Children. Mr. Kelley earned his B.A. in Economics from College of the Holy Cross. He is responsible for leading Lindsay Goldberg’s global consumer products and services investment efforts.

He is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Surgery Partners (Ticker: SGRY). He also previously worked at private equity firms J.H. Whitney & Co. and Great Point Partners.
