His previous experience includes his appointment as CEO of MDS, a publicly-traded global life sciences company, CEO of Senseonics and PathoGenetix, and President of PerkinElmer Instruments. Stephen began his career as a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Company. He holds an M.B.A from the MIT Sloan School of Management, a M.S. in Computer Engineering from Syracuse University, and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from MIT. Stephen has served on the board of directors of Crane, Senseonics, MDS, PathoGenetix, and BioProcessors. He also serves on the MIT Sloan School North American Executive Board.

    Alan co-founded Lindsay Goldberg in 2001. Previously, he served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Morgan Stanley Private Equity from February 1998 to January 2001. He spent a total of 22 years at Morgan Stanley, including the past 17 years at Morgan Stanley Private Equity, where he played an integral role in founding the business in 1984 and building it into a global private equity firm. Alan also played a principal role in the formation and management of Morgan Stanley’s first leveraged equity fund, Morgan Stanley Leveraged Equity Fund, L.P., as well as its successors, Morgan Stanley Leveraged Equity Fund II, L.P., Morgan Stanley Capital Partners III, L.P., and Morgan Stanley Capital Partners IV, L.P. He joined Morgan Stanley in 1978 where, alongside Bob Lindsay, he created the Transaction Development Group, the first business development group devoted strictly to the mergers and acquisitions business at Morgan Stanley.

    Alan received his B.A. in Philosophy and Economics from New York University. He earned his M.B.A. from the New York University Graduate School of Business and his J.D. from Yeshiva University. His prior experience includes his appointment as President and Chief Executive of SIRVA, Inc.; President of Ford Motor Company’s Lincoln/Mercury division; and a number of executive roles over his six years in the Major Appliance business of The General Electric Company where he was a Corporate Officer.  Brian spent the first ten years of his career at Procter & Gamble in Sales and Brand Management. He currently serves on the Board of Keurig Green Mountain, Blue Apron and BA Solutions and is on the Board of Trustees of College of the Holy Cross and Save the Children. Additionally, Brian is Chairman of the Board of BA Solutions. He earned his B.A. in Economics from College of the Holy Cross. He is responsible for leading Lindsay Goldberg’s global consumer products and services investment efforts.

    Jack Lew was confirmed by the United States Senate on February 27, 2013, to serve as the 76th Secretary of the Treasury. Secretary Lew previously served as White House Chief of Staff. Prior to that role, Lew was the Director of the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), a position he also held in President Clinton's Cabinet from 1998 to 2001. Before returning to OMB in 2010, Lew first joined the Obama Administration as Deputy Secretary of State for Management and Resources.

    Before joining the State Department, Lew served as managing director and chief operating officer for two different Citigroup business units.  Prior to that, he was executive vice president and chief operating officer of New York​ University, where he was responsible for budget, finance, and operations, and served as a professor of public administration.  From 2004 through 2008, Lew served on the Board of Directors of the Corporation for National and Community Service and chaired its Management, Administration, and Governance Committee.

    As OMB Director from 1998 to 2001, Lew led the Administration budget team and served as a member of the National Security Council.  During his tenure at OMB, the U.S. budget operated at a surplus for three consecutive years.  Earlier, Lew served as OMB's Deputy Director and was a member of the negotiating team that reached a bipartisan agreement to balance the budget. As Special Assistant to President Clinton from 1993 to 1994, Mr. Lew helped design Americorps, the national service program.

    Lew began his career in Washington in 1973 as a legislative aide.  From 1979 to 1987, he was a principal domestic policy advisor to House Speaker Thomas P. O'Neill, Jr, when he served the House Democratic Steering and Policy Committee as Assistant Director and then Executive Director.  He was the Speaker's liaison to the Greenspan Commission, which negotiated a bipartisan solution to extend the solvency of Social Security in 1983, and he was responsible for domestic and economic issues, including Medicare, budget, tax, trade, appropriations, and energy issues.

    Before joining the Obama Administration, Lew co-chaired the Advisory Board for City Year New York and was on the boards of the Kaiser Family Foundation, the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities, the Brookings Institution Hamilton Project, and the Tobin Project.  He is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, the National Academy of Social Insurance, and of the bar in Massachusetts and the District of Columbia.

    Zack joined Lindsay Goldberg originally as an Associate and returned after earning his M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Previously he worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Global Consumer and Retail Group. Zack graduated from Duke University, where he earned his B.S. in Economics and his A.B. in Political Science. Zack currently serves on the Board of Directors for Refresh Mental Health and BA Solutions. He is also actively involved with Second Spring Healthcare Investments.

    Russ joined Lindsay Goldberg at the founding of the firm. Previously, he worked as a Principal at Bessemer Holdings, as a Director at Fox Paine & Company, in the mergers and acquisitions and high yield finance groups at Cravath, Swaine & Moore and in the private equity group of Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. Russ earned his J.D. from The University of Chicago Law School and his Sc.B. in Applied Mathematics and Economics from Brown University. He currently serves as a Director of Golden West Packaging Group, LLC, BA Solutions, Axeon Specialty Products LLC, Crown Paper Group, LLC, Second Spring Healthcare Investments, WoodSpring Hotels Holdings LLC and Bluegrass Materials LLC. Russ previously sat on the Board of Directors at Pike Electric Corporation, Keystone Foods Holdings LLC, FSB Global Holdings, Inc., Continental Energy Systems LLC, Omega Healthcare Investors, Inc. (f.k.a. Aviv REIT, Inc.), ECS Federal, LLC and Pacific Architects and Engineers Inc.
